“I like AFI because when I am here I keep busy. I enjoy working with the Maintenance and Janitorial Departments. I like the classes I take and my favorite is Education because I learn about things I never knew. I have learned about the history of Florida, the NASA Space Program, and Volcanoes. AFI is great!”

“I like coming to AFI because I am able to learn how to do different things like work in the cafeteria or be a Mobility Assistant. I like all of my classes but Social Media is my favorite. I am able to use computers and learn about different topics every week. I respect the staff and they respect me. I enjoy the activities that AFI sponsors like the Thanksgiving Feast and the client Christmas Party. I like that AFI gives me opportunities to be independent and make my own choices.”
